How do I log into my vendor account?
- Visit the Vintage Voyage website and click on the My Account button in the top menu.
- Enter your username/email and password that you set during registration.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
- After logging in, access your Vendor Dashboard by clicking on Store Manager in the main menu.
Store Setup & Customization
How do I set up my vendor store?
- Go to the Vendor Dashboard and click on Settings .
- Fill in your store details, including:
- Store name
- Description (make it engaging and informative)
- Profile picture
- Contact information
- Click Save Settings to apply your changes.
Can I edit my store settings later?
Yes! You can always go back to the Settings section in your Vendor Dashboard to update your store information.
Adding Products
How do I add a new product to my store?
- In the Vendor Dashboard , go to Products > Add Product .
- Fill in the following details:
- Product Name : Use a descriptive title with relevant keywords.
- Description : Include details about the product’s history, materials, and unique features.
- Price & Stock : Set a competitive price and update stock levels regularly.
- Product Images : Upload high-quality images from multiple angles.
- Category : Select the appropriate category to make your product easier to find.
- Click Publish to make your product live.
What should I include in my product description?
Your product description should be detailed and engaging. Include:
- The product’s history or backstory
- Materials and dimensions
- Any unique features or conditions
- Keywords that customers might search for
Submitting Articles to the Magazine
How do I submit an article to the Vintage Voyage magazine?
- In the Vendor Dashboard , go to Articles/Blog (or the custom section name if applicable).
- Create a new article by filling in:
- Title : Make it engaging and relevant to vintage enthusiasts.
- Content : Write valuable and interesting content about vintage items, trends, or history.
- Images : Upload a featured image to make your article visually appealing.
- Category : Choose the correct magazine section to target the right audience.
- Click Submit for editorial review.
What happens after I submit an article?
Our editorial team will review your submission to ensure it meets our quality standards. Once approved, your article will be published in the magazine section.
Managing Orders & Customers
How do I view and manage orders?
- In the Vendor Dashboard , click on Orders .
- You can view:
- New orders
- Pending orders
- Completed orders
- Process shipments, update order statuses, and communicate with customers as needed.
How do I respond to customer inquiries?
Use the Inquiries section in your Vendor Dashboard to respond to customer inquiries promptly. Providing helpful and timely responses can lead to positive reviews and repeat business.
Promotions & Store Update
How do I run a promotion or offer discounts?
- In the Vendor Dashboard , go to Coupons .
- Create a coupon code with specific discount details.
- Announce your promotion in your store banner (if applicable) to attract attention.
Should I update my product listings regularly?
Yes! Regularly reviewing and updating your product descriptions, prices, and stock levels can improve visibility and appeal to customers.
Accessing Photographer Portfolio
Setting up a Photoggrapher Account
- Visit the Vintage Voyage website and click on the My Account button in the top menu.
- Enter your desired username/email and password and choose Photographer in the role selection section and register.
- During Logging in, enter your username/email and password that you set during registration.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
- After logging in, you can access your Account Dashboard.
Uploading Photographs
After logging into your account, visit the Upload Photos page. Fill out the form with your photo title, description, and select the images you want to showcase.
Can I edit or delete my uploaded photos later?
Yes! You can manage your portfolio from your Photographer Dashboard, including editing captions, adding new photos, or removing outdated work.
Who can view my portfolio?
All site visitors can view photographer portfolios. Potential customers, car collectors, event organizers, and car enthusiasts frequent our platform. All photographs uploaded is free and all rights are reserved to the photographer.
